This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that although he had offered his candidature for appointment as Part Time Physical Instructor his case has not been considered although he has eligibility criteria as laid down in the Advertisement issued by the Opposite Parties. 4.

It is submitted by Mr.Jena, learned counsel appearing for the School & Mass Education department that the Petitioner has approached this Court directly without raising his grievance before the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that several posts of Part Time Physical Instructor are lying vacant in the district of Koraput.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation taking all

// 2 // the grounds available to him within a period of two weeks before Collector-cum-Chairperson, RTE-SSA, Koraput, Opposite Party No.2. In the event such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter and the representation of the Petitioner shall be disposed of by a speaking and reasoned order. The final decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of such decision.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
