Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the pleadings in Consolidation Misc. Case No.05/2020 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application indicating sufficient reasons before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the Consolidation Misc. Case No.05/2020, the competent authority shall do well in passing a lawful order in the matter of expediting the hearing of the said misc. case, within a period of one month from the date of filing of the application. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
