This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event any such complaint/application at the instance of the Petitioner is already reached the Office of the Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar, decision as appropriate in terms of the statutory provision therein, shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order.
