1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that both the Petitioner and the victim are married and a copy of the marriage certificate is placed on record. A copy of the compromise petition is also placed on record.

2. The above facts are not disputed by Mr. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

3. Consequently, all proceedings arising out of Ranapur P.S. Case No.226 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.224 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Ranapur are hereby quashed.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
