1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 The present contempt has been filed with the assertion that the interim order dated 11.09.2006 passed in the Misc. Case filed in W.P.(C) No.11484 of 2006 has been violated inasmuch as the status quo order to be maintained by the parties qua shop No.2 as set out in Annexure-A-6 with the writ petition has been violated.

3. None has put in appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

4. The record available with the Registry bears out that the main writ, i.e., W.P.(C) No.11484 of 2006 was disposed of vide order dated 08.02.2019.

5. In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue the contempt proceedings.

6. Hence, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the CONTC is disposed of.
