This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Aska P.S. Case No.165 of 2019 corresponding to S.T. Case No.58 of 2019 arising out of G.R. Case No.317 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Aska running for commission of offence under Section-294/302/307/326/34 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of the prayer for grant of bail in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also the surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant bail to the Petitioner; this Application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to move the Trial Court afresh for his release on

// 2 // bail citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper perspectives and early disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
