Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-1 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation-opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
