1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the police authorities concerned for proper investigations in the FIR dated 12th August, 2013 (Annexure-2) which was lodged by the petitioner on account of interference in the restoration of the possession of the Secured Asset in compliance of order dated 19th July, 2013 passed in W.P.(C) No.4143 of 2013.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the possession of the Secured Asset/mortgaged property was got restored to the petitioner, who is stated to be residing there since then. Therefore, it is stated that the present writ petition has become infructuous.
