This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. U.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for adjournment. 3.

On perusal of record, it is found that on 29.03.2018, none had appeared for the petitioner and it was directed by the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) that the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one week, failing which the matter would be placed for orders. Again the matter was listed on 01.08.2018 and on that date also none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and this Court directed that the defects, as pointed out by the S.R. be removed within two weeks from that date. But till date, defects have not been removed.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further time to remove the defects. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the aforesaid orders. Alok/Puspa (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
