1. This petition pertains to selection for the post of Primary School Order No.

Teacher of the year 1996. There has been no interim order passed by this Court in this petition which has been pending nearly 15 years. Clearly, the cause of action does not survive in law.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
