Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. P.K. Nayak on behalf of Mr. B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for Respondent No.1.

Upon hearing both parties the prayer for modification of the order is allowed.

The 4th paragraph of order dated 12th March, 2022 is substituted as follows:- "4. On deposit of the modified award amount before the learned Tribunal and filing of a receipt evincing the deposit before this Court with a refund application, the entire amount deposited before this Court by the Appellant including statutory deposit along with accrued interest

thereon shall be refunded to the Appellant - Insurance Company."
