Petitioner claiming himself to be a landless person has filed this writ petition for settlement of a piece of government land in Plot No.82/102, Khata No.12, Kisam Basti Jogya in mouza Kaliamma under Mohana tahasil in the district of Gajapati.

In course of argument, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach Opposite Party No.3-Tahasildar, Mohana by filing an application in Form-I under Rule 5(2) of the Odisha Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
