1. Mr. D.R. Mohapatra, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-School & Mass Education Department (S & ME Department) has handed over a counter affidavit today in the Court.
2. Mr. Mohapatra, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the S & ME Department informs the Court that the Petitioner never continued as Hindi Teacher and even when the status quo order was passed by the Court was not continuing as such.
3. The petition having been rendered infructuous with the passage of time, is dismissed as such.
