1. For the reasons stated, the application for modification of para 1 of the order dated 9th September, 2022is allowed.

2. The corrected para-1 of the order dated 9th September, 2022 will now read as under:

"The amount involved in this appeal for damages caused to his vehicle by the Bus in a road traffic accident is just Rs.84, 250/- with an accident having happened in 2001, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter being the amount is insignificant."

3. The order dated 9th September, 2022 is modified to the above extent only.
