Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Addl. Govt. Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, he has received instruction. P.S. case no.29 of dated 21st January, 2022 has been registered by Khandagiri P.S. under sections 341, 343, 294, 354B, 392, 506 and 34 IPC. 3.

On 24th January, 2022 petitioner had appeared and following order was made.
