petitioner and refers to record in order dated 24th January, 2022, reproduced below:

"Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is widow of a person killed. Murder case is pending, in which some accused have got bail. Those persons and others are threatening to eliminate his client and her family unless murder complaint is withdrawn. In this connection, his client lodged complaint dated 21st February, 2021. However, the police has not taken any steps.
