1. Permitting the Petitioner to raise all the pleas urged in the Order No.

present petition at the appropriate stage before the trial Court, the Court declines to interfere in the present petition and disposes it of.

2. As far as the NBW is concerned, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will appear before the trial Court on 4th July, 2022. If the above assurance is adhered to, then the bail application of the Petitioner will be taken up soon thereafter and an appropriate order will be passed thereon by the trial Court.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
