This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Lingaraj P.S. Case No.82 of 2013 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1930 of 2013 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar on the ground of compromise.

It appears that all the injured persons have not been made parties.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file a better application, if so advised.
