Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, in the event any such application at the instance of the Petitioner for settlement of the land in his favour on premises of being a landless person is still pending before the Tahasildar, Mohana-O.P.3, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
