Heard Mr.Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction Mr.Zafrulla submits that upon completion of investigation in connection with F.I.R. at Annexure-1 i.e.

dated 20.10.2021 charge sheet No. 11 has been filed against the accused person under Section 302 I.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court.

Mr.Bhanjadeo submits that the petitioner still has a grievance as other accused persons have not been charge sheeted.

Mr.Zafrulla submits that for such purposes he can file a protest petition.

In such background, Mr.Bhanjadeo wants to

// 2 // withdraw the petition as he wants to file appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

7.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
