This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr.Ranjan Kumar Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner by filing certified copy of order sheet in G.R. Case No. 30 of 2015 submits that the petitioner is willing to appear before the Court concerned and therefore, the present CRLMC may kindly be disposed of with a direction to the learned Court in seisin of the case to consider the bail application of the petitioner affirmatively on his appearance. 3.
Mr.P.N.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for opposite party No.2-Bank submits that the petitioner has no outstanding dues against any loan amount advanced by the Bank and therefore, he has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

Mr.S.S.Pradhan, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the CRLMC may be disposed of by directing the Court in seisin of
// 2 // the case to consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law and.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court without adverting to the merits of the case disposes of the CRLMC granting liberty to the petitioner to appear before the Court in seisin of the case on the date fixed and move for bail, if required, and in that event, the learned Court shall dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on the same day by taking into consideration the release of co-accused persons on bail.
