1. The rejoinder affidavit of the Petitioner indicates that against the order passed by the OEA Collector, the Petitioner already preferred OEA Appeal Case No.3 of 2014 which is pending before the Appellate Authority i.e. Sub-Collector, Bhadrak.

2. In that view of the matter, permitting the Petitioner to pursue the said appeal in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of. The interim order dated 19th August, 2013 will continue till disposal of the aforementioned appeal.
