1. Way back on 21st July 2015, a memo was filed by learned counsel for the Sole Respondent with a copy being received by learned counsel for the Appellant on 23rd July, 2015 pointing out that the sole Respondent had died on 26th April, 2015 and the names of his legal representatives with their address were also indicated in the memo. Nevertheless, till date no steps have been taken to substitute the deceased Respondent by his LRs.
