1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits though he wants to modify the order dated "1st February, 2022", but inadvertently in the I.A. it has been mentioned "4th February, 2022". It appears that no order has been passed on 4th February, 2022.

4. The Prayer for modification is allowed. It is directed that in Paragraph-3, 4th line of the order dated 1st February, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.263/2022 after the word Odagaon, the following be inserted:- "corresponding to S.T. Case No.36/2022 pending before the learned Asst. Sessions Judge, Odagaon"

5. Office is directed to carry out the corrections.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
