This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 1st December, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in C.T. No.993 of 2010.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners at the time of call. However, learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1 and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 are present. The case is of the year 2011.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

Interim order dated 18th May, 2011 stands vacated.
