In pursuance of the order dated 03.11.2022, the learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department produced written instruction dated 10.11.2022 received from the Inspector in-charge of Nayagarh police station, Nayagarh from which it appears that the order dated 03.11.2022 has already been communicated to the petitioner no.1 and the petitioner no.1 has received a copy of the same.
