In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Order No.
makes a request for modification of the prayer involved herein thereby directing the Collector involved to at least provide a copy of the decision, if any, on the objection of the petitioner finds place at Annexure3 series at least within a period of seven days. 2.
Considering the limited request involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Collector & District Magistrate, Bargarh-opposite party no.3 to supply a copy of the decision taken on the objection of the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 3.
