Mr. Biswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner, who is plaintiff in the suit. He submits, procedure followed by the trial Court needs to be regulated. His client filed the suit in year, 2007. Issues have not yet been framed. He refers to order-sheet of the Court below to point out number of adjournments granted to defendants. He seeks direction upon the Court below for expeditious disposal of the suit.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. The trial Court is requested to proceed to hear and dispose of the suit, preferably by six months. This can be done by not granting unnecessary adjournments.

The petition is disposed of.
