This is an application for extension of period of interim bail as had been granted to the Petitioner by order dated 02.05.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition as also the medical documents annexed thereto, the time period of interim bail is extended till 15.07.2022 with further direction that he will positively surrender on 16th July, 2022.
