This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.404 of 2022 has been disposed of by order dated 26.07.2022 but in 4th line of paragraph-2 inadvertently a word 'not' has not been written. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in last line of paragraph-2 of the order dated 26.07.2022, a word 'not' be inserted after the word 'has', rest part of the order remaining the same. 7.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
