1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 12.01.2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.562 of 2009 wherein the learned J.M.F.C has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.
3. It appears that in spite of the direction dated 09.10.2012, requisites have not yet been filed.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for an adjournment. Since this matter is of the year 2011, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.
5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order since there is no illegality or infirmity in the same.

6. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed but liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of the charge.
7. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
