2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Khallikote P.S. Case No.99 of 1991 corresponding to G.R. Case No.438 of 1991 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.
