This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners have a serious grievance in the matter of construction of Mission Shakti Building. For pendency of grievance of the Petitioners, vide Annexure-6, this Writ Petition is not entertainable. At this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioners to approach the Collector, Kendrapara for consideration of their grievance on the premises that the B.D.O. since undertaking the construction may not be in a position to take appropriate decision.

The Writ Petition is thus permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. In the event such grievance petition is made within ten days from today, the same shall be disposed of within three months from the date of its filing.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified

// 2 // copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
