This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. vide Phulbani Town P.S. Case No.43 of 2007, corresponding to G.R. Case No.105 of 2007, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Phulbani.

Since cognizance in the aforesaid case has already been taken, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
