1. For the reasons stated, this application for substitution is allowed. The IA is accordingly disposed of.

2. The legal representatives of the Petitioner as indicated in the application are brought on record.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is ready and willing to make payment of the entire outstanding amount. In fact, he has repeated this statement thrice.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner says that as long as the Opposite Party intimates the Petitioner the exact amount to be paid, the Petitioner is ready and willing to make the entire payment.

5. The above statements are taken on record. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.
