1. The tax amount involved in the matter, in the sum of Rs.21,689/- is insignificant. By an interim order dated 16th May, 2006 of this Court passed nearly 16 years ago, the Petitioner has paid Rs.8.000/- of the said amount, as a condition to no coercive steps being taken against it. The balance amount payable is, around Rs.14,000/-. The said amount is insignificant even if one accounts for interest payable thereon.

2. Consequently, while leaving the questions framed by this Court by its order dated 16th May, 2006 open for decision in some other appropriate case, the revision petition is disposed of. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge S.K. Jena/P.A.
