This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 19th October, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur in S.C. No.71 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the absence of file, he is unable to make submission. He further submits that liberty may be given to the Petitioners to raise all contentions at the time of framing of charge before the court in seisin over the matter, if charge has not been framed. 4.
