CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
26.10.2022 8.
1.
Contest is made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners Order No.
that his Clients have not been noticed. But however reading the entire order-sheet clearly discloses that the matter has been heard on contest of the Parties. An argument is also advanced on the premises that the impugned order herein has been obtained on false impersonation. This Court finds no strength in such submission. Undisputedly, the Parties have already entered into Civil Suit No.97/2002. For the scope to the Petitioners available therein, this Court is not inclined to interfere with such order at this stage. 2.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
