This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. initiated against him in Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.21 of 2011, corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.21 of 2011, pending in the Court of Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar. 3.
No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called. However, Mr. P.K. Pani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance is present. 4.
The case is of the year 2012 and the present status of the case is also not known.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
