Considering the long pendency of the proceeding and in absence of counter, since this Court is not in a position to adjudicate the dispute, to avoid further loss of time, this Court remits the matter to O.P.2 to treat this Writ Petition as a representation provided such issue is still surviving and take a lawful decision on the same by completing such exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
