Undisputedly, the Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition in individual capacity when the representation/objection submitted appears to be on behalf of someone else. It is keeping this in view, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to file a better Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
