This is an application for substitution of L.Rs. of deceasedOrder No. opposite party no.2. Mr.P.Behera along with Mr.D.K.Mishra, learned counsel submits that they have instruction to appear for the L.Rs of deceased-opposite party no.2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to file the detail cause title. 2.

Coming back to the entertainability of the writ petition, it appears, the petitioner himself has a disclosure through Misc. Case No.11908 of 2003 regarding death of opposite party no.2 since 03.08.2002. The writ petition appears to have been filed on15.01.2003 undisputedly involving a dead person. In the circumstance, this writ petition is not entertainable which stands dismissed accordingly. sks (Biswanath Rath) Judge
