The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 15th March, 2021 (Annexure-4) passed by the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar-Opposite Party No.3 in Mutation Case No. 5661 of 2020.

In course of hearing, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files an appeal under Rule 42 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962 assailing the impugned order. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
