Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a defective Writ Petition. There is no annexing of relevant documents. The Writ Petition is thus not entertainable. This Court finds, there is no scope for entertaining the Writ Petition. Even otherwise on merits also, this Court, finds there is surprising ground at the revisional stage. For the opinion of this Court, the same could not have been entertained in revision stage. Thus, there is right dismissal of the revision.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
