1. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner stating therein that he does not want to press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. The said memo is taken on record.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for in terms thereof.

3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
