1. This application has been filed by the Petitioners for correction of the cause title of the judgment dated 11th March, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.8080 of 2009.

2. It is pointed out by Mr. Santosh Kumar Pattanaik, learned Senior Counsel that on the date i.e. on 3rd March, 2022 when the hearing was concluded in W.P.(C) No.8080 of 2009, he was appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Budhadev Routray, learned Senior Counsel was appearing for Opposite Party No.1. However, in the cause title of the said order dated 3rd March 2022, his name has been replaced with Mr. Routray and accordingly in the judgment dated 11th March 2022, Mr. Routray's name has been shown for the Petitioners. It is therefore prayed that necessary correction may be carried out in the cause title of the said

judgment dated 11th March, 2022 and the corrected cause title with the judgment may be uploaded once again.

3. Considering the submissions made, the prayer for correction of the cause title of the judgment dated 11th March, 2022 is allowed. Accordingly, wherever the name "Mr. Budhadev Routray and Mr. Routray" has been reflected in the judgment for the Petitioners be corrected as "Mr. Santosh Kumar Pattanaik and Mr. Pattanaik respectively". Hence, the submissions made on behalf of the Petitioners be referred to the submissions made by "Mr. Santosh Kumar Pattanaik". Further, the name "Mr. Budhadev Routray", learned Senior Counsel for Opposite Party No.1 be reflected in place of "Mr. Jayadev Sengupta, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.1". The remaining parts of the said judgment stand unaltered.
