It is seen that during the long pendency of the present petition for nearly 10 years, the situation of the ground has undergone change as regards the market value of the properties in question belonging to the Deity. Consequently, it will be open to the Deity i.e. the Petitioner to again apply to the Commissioner concerned in accordance with law for permission to sell the properties in question.
