RJ Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.02.2022, the petitioner has sworn the affidavit dated 15.02.2022 which is filed in the Court. Copy of the said affidavit is served on the learned Standing Counsel and is taken on record.

It is submitted by Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy as available under law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
