Heard Mr.Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Order No.

petitioners. Even though there is a counter filed in the matter and some names also appear for the contesting opposite parties, none appears for the contesting opposite parties at the time of call. 2.

This writ petition involves the impugned orders at Anenxure-10 and modified order at Annexure-12. Both the impugned orders appear to be involving some demand against the petitioners by the competent authority. Cause of action appears to be in the year 2008. The writ petition is also filed in the year 2008. This Court finds the matter was taken up at first on 05.04.2019 and to which on the asking of learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter was directed to be posted on 12.04.2019 for orders. There is no further listing of the matter. For 14 years passed in the meantime, it appears there is also no following up by the competent authority. Even in spite of nonadmission of such writ petition and no interim order is operating this Court though declines to entertain the writ petition for admission after 14 years, but, however, provides scope for the petitioner in the event there is following up of action pursuant to

// 2 // Anenxures-10 and 12, it is open to the petitioners to approach the writ court again.
