CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE
ORDER
09.09.2022 Order No.
07.
1. This is an appeal directed against the dismissal of the Appellant's claim by the 1st MACT, Keonjhar by the impugned order dated 10th November, 2005. This was a claim on account an injury.
2. The plea of the insurance company was that the driver had no valid license and the claimant was travelling as a passenger. However, no injury report was filed. Only some medical cash memos were filed. This is certainly not proof of the claimant having suffered any injury. Therefore, the Tribunal was justified in dismissing the claim.
3. There is no merit in the present appeal and it is dismissed as such.
(Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/Secy.
